Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Fairnoise AI (the “Platform”), operated by Europromas Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11219535), registered office 111 Hangar Drive, Tangmere, Chichester, PO20 2EB, United Kingdom (“we”). The Platform is intended for businesses and professionals. By using it you accept these terms.
1. The service
The Platform is a directory of industrial companies with an AI-assisted search. Visitors can browse company profiles, search in plain language and send requests to listed companies. Using the Platform as a visitor is free.
2. AI Search and generated content
AI Search uses artificial intelligence to interpret your request, rank companies and write a short explanation of each match. This content is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. It is not advice and it does not certify a supplier’s quality, capacity, certifications or suitability for your project: check the details directly with the company before you rely on them.
When the directory has too few matches, AI Search also shows companies found on the public web. These are marked as unverified; they come from third-party sources we do not control or check, and their links lead to external sites for which we are not responsible.
3. How results are ranked
Companies listed on Fairnoise are always shown before web results. Among them, the order depends mainly on:
- how closely the profile’s content matches the meaning of your request;
- matches with the technologies, materials, applications, industries and certifications you ask for;
- whether Fairnoise has verified the profile;
- the company’s plan: at equal relevance, companies on the Enterprise plan receive a small boost.
The “Verified” badge means we have checked the company’s identity and core details. It is not a guarantee of quality or of the validity of its certifications.
4. Company profiles
Profile content is provided by the listed company or taken from its public sources, and is reviewed by us before publication. Each company is responsible for the accuracy of its information and for holding the rights to the texts, logos, images and documents it supplies. It grants us a non-exclusive licence to publish, translate and format that material on the Platform and to make it available to search engines and AI assistants for as long as it is listed.
5. Contacting companies
A request sent through a profile is forwarded to that company. Any business relationship that follows is solely between you and the company; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for its performance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to send spam or unsolicited offers through its forms;
- copy or extract content in bulk by automated means, other than normal indexing by search engines that respects our robots.txt;
- try to bypass security measures, overload the service or access areas you are not authorised to use;
- display the Platform inside another website (framing) without our written permission;
- submit false information or impersonate someone else.
We may block access that breaches these rules.
7. Reporting illegal content
If you believe a profile contains illegal content or infringes your rights, use the “Report this profile” link on the profile or write to hello@fairnoise.com. Please include the address of the page, an explanation of why the content is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We review every report without undue delay, tell you what we decided, and inform the company with the reasons if we restrict its content. The same address is our single point of contact for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act); we answer in English and Italian.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform’s software, design, texts and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Content of company profiles belongs to the respective companies. You may not reuse either beyond what normal use of the Platform requires.
9. Plans for listed companies
Being listed and the paid plans are governed by a separate written agreement between Europromas Limited and the company. Prices on the pricing page are indicative; the agreement prevails.
10. Liability
We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of profiles, AI-generated content or web results. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of that content, or for third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
11. Changes
We may change the Platform and these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For disputes with businesses, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings there, still apply.
